Q: I'VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?
A: If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is likely out of stock. We understand how frustrating this can be so it is likely your favorite items may restock or be replaced them with a similar style.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATE?
A: Standard Shipping: Abu Dhabi, Alain, Dubai, and North cities– 25 AED.
Express Shipping: Abu Dhabi, Alain, Dubai, and North cities– 35 AED.
Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur.
Q: WHAT ARE YOU SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
A: We have shipping internationally.
DHL/FedEx International Duties & Taxes Unpaid (3-5 business days): Your customs fees will need to be collected before DHL can deliver your package. You may be charged a service fee by DHL for these fees.
Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
A: We will process the order for 7 working days. For local shipping there is no tracking number; you will receive text message for next day delivery. International shipping we will be send to you email/text message containing tracking information. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
A: Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at support@theoddity.com. One of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. Kindly note to check your spam folder as the email may have filtered into that folder.
Q: WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

Q: I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
A: We start crafting your order within 14hours after confirming the order. Within this time you can request for modification by contacting us through support@theoddity.com. After the 14 hours we do not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Q: HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
A: We don’t do returns for our garments; as this piece is especially maid for you. You can contact us at support@theoddity.comand one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR STORE POLICY?
A: There is no refund or return for the items; as this product is epically handmade for you. We offer alteration for the item bought from THEODDITY.COM adding that the delivery fees for pickup and return will be on the customer. Check the measurements chart in order to select the correct size to avoid all of the above.
Q: I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that the item you received is not in pristine condition [we're truly sorry!] Please contact our team with a photo of the damage before sending the product back. Our team will gladly assist you with reshipping the item out to you in a timely manner.
